At PCOV we strive to create an atmosphere of fun, equality, fairness and fair play. We will endeavour to make our players appreciate the game of soccer and teach them life skills such as team work, commitment, dedication, personal achievement and physical fitness.

We will foster an atmosphere of development for all players, coaches, referees and administrators so that they may achieve their highest potential based on their own skill and desire.

We provide most programs for both recreational and competitive/motivated players. The club has a code of conduct that must be adhered to by coaches, players and parents. The most important person in our club is the player. Our focus is on player development and working together as a club. Our club takes priority over any individual team.  PCOV has been involved in Vancouver Soccer for many years; we have now expanded to include six competitive teams. We feature PCOV “A” and PCOV Europa  which play in the VMSL Division 2; we also feature 3 teams in the VMSL Masters Division.  Last but not least our PCOV girls play in Division one in the Women’s Metro Soccer League.
